To strengthen the defense line of safe production and foster a shared safety culture across the company, Weichai Group launched a multi-dimensional campaign under the slogan “Enhance Awareness, Boost Morale, and Inspire Safety from the Heart”. Actions included: refining core elements of safety culture, organizing pre-shift safety oath ceremonies, signing safety commitment pledges, sending “Safety Letters to Families,” enhancing emergency training, and producing educational safety videos. These initiatives embed safety awareness into employees’ thinking and behavior, and ensure the full implementation of safety responsibilities.

Additional efforts included compiling a “Collection of Typical Hazard Cases”, organizing the “Suggestions for Safety” campaign, and delivering face-to-face safety education to incorporate safety concepts into every stage of production. These actions significantly improved employees’ safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, creating a solid safety foundation for high-quality development.
