On July 11, Mr. Wang Zhijian, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, visited SINOTRUK Chengdu Wangpai Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. to conduct on-site research and preside over a special working meeting. During the session, he listened to a report on the company's performance in the first half of the year, laid out plans for the second half, and set forth key directives to ensure the company fully achieves its annual production and business targets.
Mr. Wang Zhijian affirmed the positive development progress SINOTRUK Chengdu Wangpai has made in the first half of 2025. He emphasized that the company must focus on the global competitive landscape as its primary battleground and further intensify efforts in expanding into international markets. He encouraged the company to drive growth in overseas business volume, enhance global brand awareness, reputation, and influence, and cultivate new pillars of business growth.He stressed the importance of standardizing international business processes and systems, maintaining a strong sense of risk prevention, and enhancing global operational and compliance capabilities to ensure safe and sustainable development. In addition, he called for the active recruitment of top-tier talent in marketing, R&D, and other core areas, supported by competitive compensation, benefits, and career development opportunities. This should be coupled with continuous improvement of the existing workforce’s capabilities, thereby strengthening the company’s talent foundation for long-term development. Mr. Wang also highlighted the need for refined management of raw materials and deeper efforts in cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Before the meeting, Mr. Wang toured the product display area, final assembly workshop, and testing workshop, where he gained a detailed understanding of the company’s product development, market expansion efforts, assembly processes, and quality control measures.
