Recently, Jinan Commercial Truck Company held middle-year working conference to seriously find the weak points in the work of first half of the year, and made measurements detailed and perfect for improvement and proposed that in second half of the year, Jinan Commercial Truck Company must ¡°emancipate mind, recognize situation, improves internal work and implement in details to establish a company of ¡°quality and profits, self-innovation, resources-saving, environmental-friendly and safety, and harmonious development¡±, ensuring the realization of the whole year¡¯s targets.
   Zou Zhonghou, Party secretary and general manager of Jinan Commercial Truck Company said, in the first half of this year, Jinan Commercial Truck Company successfully completed the test-run of the general assembly line, formed the capacity of producing 140 units per day and successfully completed the shift of new truck types and EGR development items.  Compared with the same time last year, targets of sales income, whole trucks production and profit all has increased 50%, which smoothly realizes the fixed target of ¡°production and sale volume surpassing half of the year target¡±.  However, Jinan Commercial Truck Company must recognize the situation of the second half of the year, persist in ¡°Three-Forevers¡± proposed by the Group Company, especially overcome the difficulties brought by market change and price rising of raw materials, grasp the opportunity of the shift of National-III Emission Standards, and take establishing an international first-class assembly base as target to realize the target of ¡°the third carve-out¡± of the company.
   Jinan Commercial Truck Company must take the opportunity of central government¡¯s publicizing and learning the reform and innovation experience of Sinotruk and the decision of learning from Sinotruk made by Jinan CPC committee to grasp the establishment of ¡°six systems¡± well.  The first is to grasp production system establishment well, make the cohesion of production and sales well and promote assembly and component production capacity by careful organization and implementation of effective equipment management; the second is to grasp innovation system establishment well, according to the target of establishing an international assembly base, aim at the advanced level of international similar industry and strengthen the innovation in technology, products, technical renovation and measurements to promote the core competitiveness of the company; the third is to grasp quality system well, and taking grasping of TS16949 quality management system daily operation as basis, strengthen the force of quality inspection to make the quality of key assemblies and components come to leading position of international similar industry; the fourth is to grasp management system well, and according to the requirements of international companies and red chip listing companies, strengthen the establishment in information, internal control system, fundamental management and assessment system to promote the management level of the company; the fifth is to grasp the system of energy-saving and profits-increasing well, promote lean production, carry out financial cost accounting, strengthen the technical support in energy-saving and profits-increasing and promote the profit-earning capacity of the company; the sixth is to grasp team system well and implement ¡°talents making corporation powerful¡± strategy to promote the quality of employees comprehensively.  The establishment of six systems and implementation of ¡°Four-Promotes¡± and ¡°big discussion¡± lays a solid foundation of accomplishing the targets of the year.
