Jinan Truck Company has persisted in high standards with the target of “General assembly line of first-class international level” in the aspects of equipments, technology, staff, and management etc. since the new general assembly line was put into operation in this April.  The line was put into operation of one month ago, and its capacity has been enhanced to 70 units per shift steadily.

In July and August, the new general assembly line confronted the double pressure of increasingly production volume and much variety of truck styles.  Relying on the optimization of human resource and rationally organization and arrangement on shifts, especially with the help of the vigorous momentum brought by the implementation of “UEP” Management Innovation Action, on Aug 7, the No.3 General Assembly Workshop created the highest daily production volume since it had been put into operation: the day shift produced 88 units of various kinds of entire trucks, the night shift produced 80 units, with the day output of accumulatively 168 units.  The rapid improvement of such a producing capacity guaranteed the effectively accomplishment of producing index of this plant on the basis of operation in “double-line”, and testified the combat capacity by their strength. Up to Aug 18, the producing capacity of No.3 General Assembly Workshop is stable, with the steady improvement of the quality.
